How do I get started?

You can book in a free 30 min coaching call with me where you can ask questions to see which option is best for you OR you can fill out the enquiry form :)

What is the program subscription option?

This option will provide you a 4 day split Gym/home program that will be updated every 4 weeks. You will also get access to 6 mindset modules and face book group to ask questions. This program is not personalised.

What is Hybrid online pt + 1:1 mindset coaching?

The Hybrid has all the inclusions of online coaching with an added 60 min fortnight mindset call to deep drive into what you are currently negativing. The message support will also hold a Different level of commutation.

What is the pricing?

Online coaching: $80 p/w

Face to face PT: $97.50 - $110 per session

Subscription: $26 P/M

Hybrided PT & Mindset coaching: $155 p/w

What does your coaching focus on?

My coaching is focusing on improving how you look after yourself and see yourself. Through the use of improving your mindset, habit and routines that support your lifestyle. Building your confidence in your body and with exercise to support your relationship to your body. The clients I tended to work with are new to the gym, staring their fitness journey or just want to improve their overall lifestyle.

Can I do mindset coaching only?

Yes, for this option you will have to email me directly abbeytristcoaching@gmail.com , My mindset coaching focuses on body image , mindset and self confidence.
